Pet prices are $1000*. (Polydactyl cats/kittens are $1200)
That means this kitten is being sold as a pet and will not be used for breeding. The kitten will be
altered at 6 to 9 months of age. There is nothing wrong with a kitten sold as a pet. It simply means
they do not meet the very high cat fanciers standard for competing in a show. I don't always have
show homes available so many times sell show quality kittens to pet homes.
|SHOW QUALITY W/BREEDING RIGHTS:
Prices start at $2,000* for kittens.
Only exceptional kittens are sold for breeding and must be shown. The final decision of quality will
always be left up to the buyer. Contact me only if you are an established cattery and actively showing.
We take deposits of $300* ($500 for breeding rights) to hold a cat/kitten until it is
mature enough to go to it's new home. Deposits are not refundable except under
extreme circumstances. This will be at the Breeders discretion.
|* Only cash, money orders, or cashier's checks are acccepted
for payment of kittens. We do accept checks for deposits.
|Kittens are ready to go to their new home at 12 to 16 weeks of age.
At that time they will typically have had their 1st and 2nd set of shots,
and will have been thoroughly examined by my Veterinarian.
|Kittens sold as pets will be spayed/neutered at 6 to 9 months of age.
Males cannot be neutered before 6 months. At that time the registration papers will be made
available to the purchaser upon proof of altering in written form from their veterinarian
|A cat/kitten will not be declawed.
|If for any reason the purchaser cannot keep the kitten/cat, the seller has first
right of refusal. If the seller cannot take the cat back she will make every
effort to help find a home for the kitten/cat.
No refund should be expected.
|If circumstances of the buyer require a kitten to stay with
Psycatics longer than 16 weeks, we reserve the right to
charge a boarding fee of $10.00 per day/per kitten.
Show prices $1500*. Only exceptional kittens will be sold for show. Kittens will be a good
representation of the breed. Breeder cannot guarantee the show success of the kitten as show
successes are dependent on outside factors including but not limited to competition, grooming,
condition, health and maturity. Kittens change so much as they mature that it is impossible to
determine what a kitten will look like as an adult.
|There has been some confusion so I will explain my policy on
show homes verses pet homes
I take reservations on kittens many weeks before they are ready to go
to their new home. If in that time frame a cattery contacts me and is
interested in a kitten that may be show quality and is already reserved
for a pet buyer, I reserve the right to move the pet buyer to 2nd reserve
and hold the kitten for the cattery as we watch it develop. The kitten
may very well not turn out to be what the cattery is looking for and then
again be available for the pet buyer. However, if the kitten is show
quality it should go to a show home. If I have a show quality kitten and
there is no show home available, it can go as a pet.
There are never enough show homes available so I will not pass up an
opportunity to place one of my kittens in a show home if possible.
|Due to the increase in veterinary CARE and THE COST
OF showing I HAVE HAD TO RAISe MY priceS IN 2017
|Pet's are now $1,000. If you contacted me before January 1 2017 I will
honor my old price of $900. I may be raising prices again later this year.
